What kind of computer do I need to play these online Games?
All actual requirements will be available via the designated Game Publisher once you have created an account on Gamecoach.tv.

In General almost all PC and laptops will do the job. However each Game is a bit different and the needed specifications are indicated on the website of the Game Publisher (the owner / developer of the Game), where you will go automatically after you have subscribed.  You can play the "browser based" games on via most browsers like internet explorer and Firefox.

The Client Based Games, where you first need to download an installation file, differ in requirements, however the minimum specs (of 2009) are: a PC or laptop with Windows XP, a Pentium 4 processor 1.6 GHz with 512 MB memory, around 3GB hard disk space. The most important element that your computer needs is a videocard, an nVidia Geforce MX graphics card, similar or with better specs.

Can I play the GameCoach Games on my console (PS3, XBOX, Wii)
No, the current Games are offered only for a PC / Laptop with Windows XP, Vista, 7 Operating System and cannot be played on any Game console.
 
Can I play Games for my Apple / MacBook?
Only the category "browser based Games" like Dark Orbit and Seafight, can be played on a Mac / Apple using an internet browser like Firefox.  The Client Based Games, in which you need to download installation software first are, unfortately, usually, not compatible with Mac, only with Windows based PC's.

What does "MMO" or "MMORPG" actually stand for?
MMO Game means a Massive Multiplayer Online Game, which comes down to the fact that can play with multiple players, online, with and against each other in a large digital world  with many players simultaneously! 
MMORPG has added the RPG element which stands for Role Playing Game, which is a Game category with extensive character development. Games as Neosteam and Fiesta are MMORPG Games, but also the well known World of Warcraft is an MMORPG.
 
What is the difference between Browser Based & Client Based Games?
A Browser Based Game, like Dark Orbit and Seafight, can be played on any PC using a browser, like Internet explorer or Firefox. Because you do not need any software installation, you can play it anywhere on any computer besides your own. 
The advantage is that you can play everywhere and on any simple PC, the disadvantage is that the browser based Games are much simpler in terms of graphics than the Client Based Games.

For Client based Games, such as WarRock, R Level, and Neosteam Fiesta Online, you first need to download and install the Game Installation software.  This is very simple and easy, you download the installation file that you would get on a DVD when you buy a Game in the store.
Downloading the Game takes 5 or 10 minutes dependant on your internet speed. After you have the file it will automatically guide you through the installation process, which typically takes 5 to 10 minutes as well. Once you install the Game and logged in it is very easy and fast to play afterwards on your computer.  You can play for FREE as often as you want. The advantage of the client-based Games is that the Games have beautiful graphics and are very detailed. The downside is; you can only play this Game on computers that have the Game software installed.
 
The Games are FREE but via "InGame shops" you can buy things, how does this work?
All Games are completely FREE-to-Play, there are no subscriptions, fixed or mandatory costs to play. In each Game you can earn credits by playing the Game and get upgrades or useful weapons / items.
However, if you want to move faster in the Game that you really like you can also easily purchase these items and upgrades in the online game shop using PayPal, credit card or a Wallie-Card.

A regular Game in shop costs around 50 to 60 Euro/USD/Pounds, which you need to pay upfront, not knowing for sure if you really like the Gameplay. 
With FREE-2-Play MMO Games you can decide for yourself how and if you want to spend money in the Game since you can play the entire Game without any costs.

If I want to buy something in an online Game shop, how does that work?
Every Game has its own instructions for this, but in an online game shop you can easily buy items you like with PayPal, Credit Card or with the Wallie-Cards

I don't want to pay anything at all, can I still play the full Games or just a part of the Game?
Yes, all Games are completely FREE, you are never obliged to pay anything. You can play the entire Game as often and as long as you want.  Buying items or premium membership is always optional at our FREE-2-Play Games. If you want to make progress faster then it helps to visit the Online Game Shop and buy items and upgrades that will make help you complete missions. However in almost all Games you can also earn points and credits just by playing and winning battles, races, etc.
